Culdesac’s mission is to develop cities for people, not cars. They’re the first post-car real estate developer, and their goal is to create the first car-free city in the US. They’re beginning with the first car-free neighborhood developed from scratch – that’s Culdesac Tempe, a thousand-person neighborhood that opens Fall 2020.
